Trusted Packers and Movers in Pune: Moving Your Life with Care

not broker promises.

We started Kothari Packers & Logistics with one clear goal: to handle moves with our own verified staff, sturdy covered trucks, and honest quotes. No middlemen taking a cut, no surprise costs on moving day, and no damaged furniture left behind.

Why Moving Usually Goes Wrong (And What We Fixed)

Most people have had at least one bad moving story. Here is why it happens in the regular market, and how we keep your items safe

How Most Online Portals Operate

Online broker sites take your moving details, sell your lead to the lowest bidder, and take a commission.

Roadside Laborers: Workers hired that morning from local tempo stands who don't know how to carry heavy wardrobes
Used Grocery Cartons: Thin, recycled boxes that collapse as soon as you stack them inside the tempo.
Teaser Pricing: Low quotes given over the phone, followed by demands for extra cash before unloading your sofa.
Open Flatbed Tempos: Household goods covered with thin tarpaulins, exposed to Sahyadri rains and highway grit.

How We Take Care of You

We run our own operations out of Nigdi, Pune. You talk directly with the people who pack and drive.

Our Own Trained Crew: Full-time staff who disassemble beds, wrap delicate corners, and put things back together.
Firm Written Quotes: Pricing calculated on actual distance and item count so the bill never doubles on moving day.
New 5-Ply Materials: Heavy corrugated sheets, thick bubble film, and custom wooden boxes for big TV screens.
Sealed Container Fleet: All-weather, locked container trucks that keep everything clean, dry, and protected.

Practical Care for Every Item We Move

No complicated jargon. Here is the straightforward checklist we follow on every single job.

Real Wooden TV Crates

Flat TV panels crack easily on rough highway patches. We build fitted wooden frames with foam corners so your screens never take road shocks.

Carpenter & AC Support

You do not need to call three different handymen. Our crew takes apart modular wardrobes and disconnects split AC units carefully.

Rested Drivers On Highways

Driver tiredness causes highway mistakes. Our interstate runs have strict rest stops so the driver is always awake and attentive.

Closed Container Trucks

We don't use open tempos. Your furniture and clothing travel inside locked, waterproof container bodies protected from rain and road dust.

Day-Wise Clean Storage

Possession delayed at your new apartment? Keep your boxes in our clean Nigdi warehouse and pay only for the exact days you need.

Direct Line to Dispatch

No IVR loops or chatbot messages. You get the direct mobile number of our Nigdi moving coordinator managing your truck.

Real Trucks, Direct Warehouses, Zero Excuses

We run our dispatch out of Neemrana House, Sector-23, Transport Nagar in Nigdi. We manage daily home and office moves across high-rise apartments in Wakad, Hinjewadi, and Baner, as well as regular container runs to Mumbai and Pan-India.

Whether you are shifting a 1 BHK flat across Pune or moving whole office workstations over the weekend, we bring the right truck and the right crew.
