Before You Call: Quick Answers
Clear details about our booking rules, packing methods, and payment process.
How fast can I get an estimate after sending my details?
If you call or message on WhatsApp (+91 9797598212), our team will give you an exact price within 10 to 15 minutes after reviewing your list or video walkthrough.
Do I need to visit your office to confirm my booking?
No. You can book completely online over WhatsApp or phone. However, if you prefer meeting in person, our Nigdi and Tingre Nagar offices are open every day.
Will you charge extra if my society has no lift?
If a building has no working elevator above the 2nd floor, a small stair-carry fee applies for the loaders. We always ask and confirm this during your quote so there are no surprise fees on moving day.
When do I pay for my move?
A small advance token confirms your truck and labor slot. The remaining payment is made only after our team safely unloads and places your items at your new home.
Need an estimate right now?
Take a 30-second video of the rooms and furniture you want to shift, and send it to our moving team on WhatsApp. We will give you a binding price quickly.
